So I got this cool idea from my cousin Fabian on Friday.
I needed to get change and none of my other cousins or homies had it. Then Fabe was like, “I mean I got like eighty $1’s, you want to pick from that?”
Of course I didn’t have a problem with it. So he pulls out this large strip club stack of ones and gives me change for my ten or twenty, whatever it was.
I proceeded to ask him how he stacked them all up and he told me that he just takes out all his ones at the end of the day and saves them. If it’s still during the day and he needs to use them, he does. But once they go into the stack, he doesn’t touch them. Clever idea I thought. Especially since many of us just throw ours away on junk or whatever, I was curious of how much worth I could give them. One by itself may not be so much, but ten thousand of them are. lol.
I decided to do it and see how much I can save in ones. First I needed a cool box to put my dead friends in (even though they are the same person). Like Dexter……yeah.

I started on Friday with $5 ones. Then during some hilarious events that night, I came up about $23 more ones. So off of my first night I was at $28. I was immediately hooked. So then I found myself making ways to get more change to put more ones in my box. I one time last night I put 15 in my tank out of a $20 and got $5 ones just to put it in. And then I had another lose $5 after I filled up so I got some more ones. It’s becoming habitual. But since when was saving a bad thing? I counted it up today and I’m up to 56 ones.

I’m going to try to continue this and show the growth over time. I wonder how long it will take me to get to a thousand? I technically started on Friday the 18th of September 2009. Three days.

I’m going to post up the dollar stack every week (most likely Monday) and we will watch it grow. To the $$$. Let’s get it.
Thanks again to cousin Fabe for the idea.
